What Technical Data Is Used

To evaluate product performance, we use minimal product analytics tools:

Anonymous installation identifier.
Usage events: install, launch, active days, local processing counts, popup opens, toggle state changes, Pro interest, checkout interest, and support issue signals.
Technical request data sent to analytics servers: including event date/time, event source, and request origin. We may infer approximate country/region and network/ASN from request IP addresses for debugging regional behavior, checkout issues, and preventing abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in primary analytics event records.

What Is Stored Locally in Your Browser

The browser extension stores technical metrics and settings in browser local storage, such as: enabled/disabled state, local processing count, active days count, local anonymous installation identifier, and keys.

Analytics data is sent to our servers via HTTPS protocol. Asset content is not sent to servers for processing. If you request technical support, we only receive assets if you manually send them to us.

Payments are processed by our authorized payment partners. We do not store your bank card or wallet information. We only receive payment/subscription status information needed to generate download service and authorization.

Counter and License Information
